        "content": "Dear Rumaana,  \n\nThank you for speaking with me earlier today.  \n\nFirstly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for all your support up to this point. Without your help in extracting information from QE and arranging the appointment with Dr. Mathew, I would not be in this position.  \n\nBack in December, I was encouraged to learn that Dr. Mathew agreed that my case may have been mishandled by QE, and he was optimistic about scheduling my pre-op consultation in December or January, with surgery planned for February or March. I had my pre-op on 30 January\u2014about ten weeks ago\u2014and I understand that the pre-op is valid for 18 weeks. Naturally, the time passing is causing me increasing stress and frustration.  \n\nHealth-wise, I feel my life is on hold. I had hoped to undertake pilgrimage this year, but with each passing week this dream becomes more difficult. At age 70, the pilgrimage is already a challenge. If I could have surgery in the next few weeks, there may still be time to make the pilgrimage\u2014especially since it is scheduled for 25 May.  \n\nA coordinated approach between you and Dr. Mathew could help me reach this goal even this year. As you advised, Dr. Mathew returns from his break next week.
