I couldn’t find anything specific about a restaurant called **“Wilde Westbury”** in **Westbury, NY** doing regularly scheduled winemaker dinners with Peter Lehmann or similar wine-maker events. It’s possible there’s been some mix-up in the name or location. Here’s what I discovered and some nearby restaurant alternatives that *do* regularly host wine & special food events.

---

### 🔍 What I Checked

- Searched regionally for “Wilde Westbury wine dinners” and variations; nothing came up confirming regular wine-maker dinners at a restaurant with that name in Westbury, NY.
- Found lots of similar names in other places (e.g., “WILDE at The Westbury” in **Dublin, Ireland**) hosting wine pairing dinners with major wine brands. ([wilde.ie](https://wilde.ie/peter-lehmann-winemakers-dinner/?utm_source=openai))
- Checked local event calendars and restaurant listings around Westbury, NY — a few that stand out have recurring specials, but not always structured wine-pairing dinners. ([foodndrinkdeals.com](https://foodndrinkdeals.com/westbury/wednesday-specials?utm_source=openai))

---

### 🍷 Nearby Restaurants That Do Wine/Special Events

Here are some places around Westbury, NY that *do* host wine-focused events or special nightly dinner themes:

| Restaurant | What They Do | Frequency / Details |
|------------|---------------|----------------------|
| **City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill (Westbury, NY)** | - “Wine Down Monday” – bottles of wine over $100 are often 50% off
- Live Jazz Brunch on weekends
- “Sunset Dinner Menu,” happy hour & drinks specials ([opentable.com](https://www.opentable.com/city-cellar-wine-bar-and-grill?utm_source=openai)) | Weekly and seasonal; check their site or OpenTable for each week’s happenings |
| **Polo Lounge at Westbury Manor** | - “A Taste of Wednesday” — 5-course dinner with house wine or beer ([tripadvisor.ca](https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g48864-d919889-Reviews-Polo_Lounge_at_Westbury_Manor-Westbury_Long_Island_New_York.html?utm_source=openai))
- “Cut of the Week Thursday” — chef’s hand-picked meats ([tripadvisor.ca](https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g48864-d919889-Reviews-Polo_Lounge_at_Westbury_Manor-Westbury_Long_Island_New_York.html?utm_source=openai))
- Happy hour style “After Work Social” Tuesday-Friday, 4-7 PM ([tripadvisor.ca](https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Review-g48864-d919889-Reviews-Polo_Lounge_at_Westbury_Manor-Westbury_Long_Island_New_York.html?utm_source=openai)) | These are weekly events, so there are regular themed dinners and specials |
| **Borrelli’s Restaurant Café & Pizzeria** | - “Tuesday Wine Nite” – discounted bottles of wine
- Live Music on Fridays & Saturdays
- Specials like “Pasta Night,” “Chicken Night” etc. ([borrellisrestaurant.com](https://www.borrellisrestaurant.com/events?utm_source=openai)) | Weekly rotation of themes, good option for something fun and wine-friendly |
| **Salisbury Tavern** | - Trivia nights, live music, seasonal specials
- Private parties/events hosted there often include custom food & drink options. ([salisburytavern.com](https://www.salisburytavern.com/events-parties?utm_source=openai)) | Weekly and seasonal; best to check their calendar or call ahead |

---

### ✅ What I Suggest You Do Next

1. Double-check the name/place you meant (e.g. “Wilde” vs “Wild,” street, etc.). Sometimes events or restaurants rebrand or have similar names.
2. Call the restaurant directly and ask if they have:
 - Upcoming wine-maker dinner nights
 - A mailing list you can join for alerts
 - A special events calendar
3. Keep an eye on local websites like “Wine & Dining Events on Long Island,” or Event sites for announcements. Many such dinners are special one-offs and might not show up far in advance. ([events.longisland.com](https://events.longisland.com/wine-dining?utm_source=openai))

If you want, I can help track down exactly where you were and find out if that exact place has more events coming up — I could try pulling up their events calendar. Do you want me to do that?"
