Good afternoon Toomas,

I hope you’re doing well! It was a pleasure speaking with you yesterday. Val and I are truly excited about the possibility of becoming the exclusive UK trader for such a high-quality product like Sesowell.

We also appreciate the opportunity to try the product ourselves—to learn about its outstanding capabilities firsthand. We completely agree with you that this is essential for us to pass on a genuine experience to potential customers.

Since we spend a significant amount of time in Ireland, it may make more sense to have the unit shipped directly to Cork rather than the UK. Would it be possible for us to cover any additional cost for shipping to Cork? If shipping directly isn’t feasible, could you instead ship it to our courier in the UK so that they can forward it to us in Ireland? Either way, it would be helpful if you could let us know what the cost difference would be.

The bed size is: [insert bed size here]

Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity. We’re looking forward to working together.

Warm regards,

[Your Name]"
